• Orders dispatched within 1 – 2 working days (Subject to stock, and, when appropriate, receipt of prescription)
• Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays
• All food orders and some higher value items will be sent using FedEX
• If your order is given a tracking number you can track progress via Track/Reorder page
• Returns & Collections There is a £10 restocking charge for returned foods and a £5 charge for all other products. This will be deducted from your total refund. All items returned must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Legally we cannot accept any returns of prescription medicines for refund, they can be returned for disposal only
  If you require us to collect any goods there will be a further charge of £6.00 to cover courier costs.
